Privacy Notice
NORTHLINE Digital Studio ("NORTHLINE", "we") is a brand operated by JPHN LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America (filing ID 2026-001869265). This Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect through northlinestudiomx.com, why we use it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
The party responsible for your personal data is JPHN LLC, doing business as NORTHLINE Digital Studio, with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. Personal data we collect
We only collect the data you provide to us or that is generated when you use our site and services:
- Identification and contact data: name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and city.
- Project data: the configuration of your quote, the information you write in the project brief, and the materials you send us (copy, images, logo, brand information).
- Payment data: amounts, payment status and references. Card payments are processed by Stripe; NORTHLINE never sees or stores your full card details.
- Browsing data: the country detected from your connection (never your precise location), your language and market preference, campaign parameters (UTM), the referring site and the pages you visit, measured in aggregate with Google Analytics.
We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not send passwords through our forms; when access to accounts is needed, we coordinate a secure exchange.
3. Why we use your data
Primary purposes, necessary for the relationship with you:
- Responding to your requests for information, quotes and technical reviews.
- Preparing, formalizing and delivering the contracted project, including your private project portal and brief.
- Processing payments and keeping payment and accounting records.
- Sending you transactional emails with your quote, payment and project links.
- Complying with legal obligations and preventing fraud or misuse of the site.
Secondary purpose: understanding, in aggregate, how the site is used in order to improve it. We do not use your data to send advertising without your express consent. You can object to secondary purposes at any time by writing to the email above; this will not affect the services you hired.
4. Service providers and transfers
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We rely on technology providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Vercel (website hosting and delivery).
- Supabase (database where requests, quotes and projects are stored).
- Stripe (payment processing).
- Resend (sending transactional emails).
- Google (Google Analytics, aggregated site measurement).
- WhatsApp / Meta, only when you choose to contact us through that channel.
These providers may store data on servers located in the United States or other countries. We may also disclose data when required by a competent authority under applicable law.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to its use for specific purposes, and withdraw your consent where applicable.
Send your request to juanpablohdzn@gmail.com including: your name and a way to reply to you, a copy of an identification document (or proof of your authority if acting on behalf of someone else), a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise, and any information that helps us locate your data.
We will respond within 20 business days of receiving a complete request and, if it is granted, carry it out within the following 15 business days, unless the law sets a different period.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser storage to make the site work and to measure its use:
- Market preference (cookie nl_market, up to 1 year): remembers whether you chose the Mexico or United States version.
- Admin session: only for NORTHLINE staff accessing the internal panel.
- Browser storage: remembers your campaign attribution during the visit, the draft of your quote and which measurement events were already sent.
- Google Analytics (_ga cookies): aggregated measurement of visits and conversions, without sending your name, email, phone or project content.
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Some features, such as keeping your market preference, may stop working.
7. Retention and security
We keep your data for as long as there is an active request or business relationship, and afterwards for the time required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to defend legal claims. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the data we handle, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the internal panel and private, hard-to-guess links for quotes and project portals. Keep those links private.
8. Minors
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from people under 18.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice. Any change will be published on this page with its effective date. The current version is always available at northlinestudiomx.com.
